Our values

Clinical Psychologists are trained in a variety of models of psychological theories and therapies. All of these models help us understand human behaviour: why do we do what we do and feel what we feel. One of these models is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT - pronounced like the word act - not as separate letters). The principles of ACT are around accepting reality (our thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations - e.g. the anxiety of starting new projects) and committing to engaging in behaviours which match with our values (e.g. pursuing new projects despite the anxiety). Working in line with our values is a really important part of this company...



being curious: about ourselves, other people, the World - everything. If we lose curiosity we stop learning and the risk is we stop caring. 



We love thinking outside the box: new and creative ways to achieve our goals are always welcome and keep us excited about new projects.
